The room was comfortable with a lovely sea view. Limited parking created some hassle .

Relaxing and exceptionally comfortable hotel located in a shopping area really close to bars and restaurants and beautiful beaches as well as most things. Spotless and well priced unit with excellent breakfast and double bed plus a clean bathroom. Excellent food, gorgeous breakfast. Great and fab location - a short way from Pirate's Quest. Excellent overall experience.

I had the triple room, it was new-fashioned and neat. The breakfast was enjoyable and well presented with Hash Browns and Mushrooms.

The location was spot on, just minutes from the beach. Karen and Andy made every effort to ensure we felt welcome. Our room, with a beautiful view, was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were delicious, especially those poached eggs and crispy bacon. The communal areas offered a nice space to relax in the evenings. Parking was limited. We had to search for spots nearby, which took a bit of time. A road-facing room brought some noise, but closing the window helped a lot. Would definitely return next time!

Cute owners, clean hotel, fine view from the room with a comfortable bed providing home-like comfort, alongside an excellent breakfast with amazing options including poached eggs and original artwork for sale adding a charming touch.

parking was limited and tricky. 🎉 but the breakfast was fabulous with a nice range of options, room size was great for our group, and the owners were very helpful and friendly. 😊

Breakfast each morning was so good, and we were very close to Newquay harbor for kayaking. Karen and Andy were cute. The owners even had great tips on local places to visit.

We had a bit of trouble with parking as it was limited. It took us some time to find a decent spot nearby.

Limited parking availability needs addressing!!! Noisy roadside rooms could disturb light sleepers!!! Inconsistent shower pressure might disrupt your comfort!!! Tight bathroom spaces offer little room to maneuver!!!

The breakfast had amazing options, including warm pancakes and yogurt. Parking is limited, causing hassle.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the beach and local shops. The lounge and garden were beautiful and great. The owners were friendly, we had everything we needed.

we had a great time at this lovely place as it was just a few steps from the wonderful Blue Reef Aquarium and the beautiful Towan Beach, making our city strolls really enjoyable.

This place suits me perfectly. I enjoy the free wifi in rooms, the option for cycling, and the clean environment. The staff helped me with local delivery recommendations on my first stay. I'll be back for a weekend!

Loved the place, had an enjoyable stay for your holiday. Asked for a double room with an excellent breakfast, double bed plus a clean bathroom, and they kindly provided it. - the location was fab, close to the beach and shops. - the staff here was affable.
